Alcohol and Drug Possession Policy

The Franklinton Career Center's Alcohol & Drug Free School Policy as required under Section 1213 of the Higher Education Act of 1965:

"Any employee or student who is a drug or alcohol offender will have action imposed on them by the Franklinton Career Center.  This disciplinary action will include:

1. mandatory treatment/attendance at a local treatment facility,

2. mandatory completion of a drug rehabilitation program at the expense of the offender,

3. possible discharge from employment/expulsion from school."
