PC Technician

In this program, students learn how to build a computer from the ground up.  Students also learn the technical essentials of hardware and some support issues for Windows 95/98/200/XP and for an end user. 

Included in the program are PC hardware parts, CPU, PCI/ISA slots, connecting IDE/SCSI devices, parallel, serial, USD, FireWire ports, add-on boards, various solutions, displays, VGA, RAM types, cache memory, BIOS, CMOS setup, etc. 

At the end of the the program, students have the option of becoming certified as a PC technician.

This program is offered with or without certification.
