Cancellation and Refund Policy
FCC conforms with the Ohio Uniform
Tuition Refund Policy.
Also applicable to Cash Paying Students (credit card).
In the event that a potential student is rejected by FCC for enrollment into the
program, he/she will be entitled to a full refund of all monies paid to the
institution.
Cancellation/Settlement Policy: By signing the Enrollment
Agreement, it becomes a valid contract between the student and FCC. This
contract may be cancelled within five calendar days after the date of signing
provided FCC has received written notice. FCC shall promptly refund all tuition
and fees paid pursuant this Agreement. Such refund has been made no later than
thirty (30) days after cancellation. Failure to notify FCC about such
cancellation within the five (5) days will result in forfeiture of the
registration fees.
Refund Policy: FCC uses the refund policy as established in the
Ohio Administrative Rule 3332-1-10:

A student who starts class and officially
withdraws before the period is 10% completed will be obligated for 25% of
the tuition plus registration fee.

A student who starts class and officially
withdraws before the period is 20% completed will be obligated for 50% of
the tuition plus the registration fee.

A student who starts class and officially
withdraws before the period is 30% completed will be obligated for 75% of
the tuition plus the registration fee.
-
A student who starts class and officially
withdraws after the period is 30% completed will not be entitled to a refund
of the tuition nor the registration fee.
