Any student transferring to the Franklinton Career Center from another college or training facility must meet the following criteria for enrollment:

1. Submit a transcript from the previous college or training facility.
2. Complete and sign all necessary enrollment forms.
3. Demonstrate evidence of competency by passing an admission test.
4. Take a written test in academic subjects if applicable.
